With the UK polo season in full swing, we have been very busy here at Emita, making sure players have everything they need for their next game. Working closely with players - and being an ex-professional player myself - I understand the need for quality polo gear, delivered on time.
So, we’ve been on a mission to find, make and supply the very best equipment. We have recently launched a range of new products that, we firmly believe, are the very best of the best. Because, no one wants their gear to let them down mid-chukka, or to have to ‘put up’ with limited options.

We already shared our amazing new Polo Glasses in our previous blog post here, but we have to reiterate that these glasses are the just the best out there on the market. Why are we so confident? Next up, we’ve got our brand new Bit Guards. We felt there was a real gap in the market when it came to colour options. So, that’s why we’ve developed 15 colours for you to choose from. Yes, 15! From lilac to hunter green, pink to turquoise… There really is something for everyone! Our Emita Bit Guards are designed to be super stretchy, durable and easy to fit, helping prevent any pinching.
Knee Pads
Gone are the days of knee pads that slip and move mid-chukka, that are bulky and uncomfortable, and that don’t stand the test of time. Our new Emita Knee Pads are handmade and handstitched, with premium materials. Their sleek design moulds to the shape of your knee quickly, and the suede interior limits any slipping. Available in three different sizes (children’s, adults and XL), they have strong side protection and secure Velcro straps.
Brow Band Customiser
You may have seen that we’re now offering customised Brow Bands, but did you know that we’ve just launched a new configurator? Just like our Custom Polo Stick and Custom Polo Helmet, you can now see your design come to life as you select your colours, fabric, initials and logo. Try it out here.

Our Bridle Bags come in two sizes - large and extra large.

Emita Polo Saddle Pad
We’ve designed our new Emita Saddle Pad with FLEXXORB material - not gel - meaning it has excellent shock absorption and helps to spread pressure evenly under the saddle, without adding loads of bulk.
They’re not sticky, they don’t grab at your horse’s coat, and they’re much easier to keep clean. You still get that anti-slip effect, but in a much nicer, more breathable, lightweight way. They’re also around 25% lighter than a conventional gel pad, so you get the support, but you keep that lovely close-contact feel.
