Returns Policy

We want to make returning an item as simple as possible. Please follow the steps below:

1. Return Within 30 Days
Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Condition of the Item
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Personalised products are non-refundable.

3. Return Postage
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless we made a mistake (e.g., incorrect or faulty items).

4. How to Return
• Send your unwanted item back to us via your local post office.
• Tick one of the following reasons for your return on this form:
a) Item was not as expected
b) Incorrect item received
c) Other (please specify)
Cut out our return address at the bottom of this form and attach it securely to your package.

5. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

International Shipping & Returns

We’re happy to ship Emita Polo worldwide. Because international shipping and customs are more expensive, our returns work a little differently for customers outside the UK.

Please read this page carefully before placing your order.

International Orders (outside the UK)

  • International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or courier fees charged by their local customs authority.
  • These charges are not controlled by us and will not be refunded by us if you return your order, unless the item is faulty or misdescribed.
  • If you refuse to pay local duties or taxes and the parcel is returned or destroyed, we may deduct any related fees from your refund.

International Returns Policy

  • We accept returns from international customers within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • For change‑of‑mind returns (including sizing issues), international customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
  • Original shipping costs are non‑refundable unless we have sent you the wrong or a faulty item.

How to Make an International Return

  1. Email our customer service team at sales@emitapolo.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will confirm whether your item is eligible for return and provide the return address.
  3. You arrange and pay for tracked shipping back to us and keep your proof of postage.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or store credit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If we have made a mistake, we will put it right.

  • If your item arrives faulty or we send the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
  • Once confirmed, we will either: Cover reasonable return shipping costs, or Offer a replacement or refund without requiring a return (depending on the situation).

Refunds and Store Credit

  • For eligible international returns, we will refund the product price only (excluding original shipping and any duties or taxes you paid locally).
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method.

Important Notes

  • Please mark your return parcel as “Returned goods – no commercial value” on the customs form.
  • We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit, so we strongly recommend a tracked service.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above (for example, worn or damaged items).
