What Length Mallet Should I Get?
For mounted polo, mallet length is usually chosen based on the height of your horse and your reach. When seated normally in the saddle, measure from the ground to your wrist — this measurement (in inches) is a good guide for your ideal mallet length.
For foot polo or off-horse use, stand upright with your arm relaxed by your side and measure from your palm to the ground.
All of our mallets are handmade in England in our workshop using the finest Malaysian manau canes , paired with traditional Argentinean tipa wood.

beautiful mallet right for UK summer season
Thank you to everyone at Emita who have managed to make the perfect arena stick and new 52 grass stick! I originally bought a 53 grass stick in the summer and decided I wanted my arena stick and another 52 grass stick all in the same colour! Wow! i personally think a polo mallet should be thick all through and not narrow at the end that’s my piece of advice 😁,but other than keep up the excellent quality of your mallets really enjoyed playing and they are the best mallets i’ve ever played with before, and i would love to continue to shop with you guys keep it up!😁

The quality exceeded my expectations and I really enjoyed the customization process and the available options. Customer service was great; as well as the shipping and final result! :) my only concern is that some initials or mallet numbers are labeled with stickers instead of the classic ink stamp; which are already falling off after a few practices / games. Would buy again if they all had the letters/numbers painted.
Easy to order over the phone as I wasn't sure about weight and grip. Looked too good to use when they came but are already proving to be a great hit, if you'll forgive the pun!!

Seems like a great mallet , well balanced can’t can’t wait to try it.
The sticks feel and sound great when you hit the ball. Only slight surprise is the small handle really is tiny - I have small hands but think the small is better suited for kids and a medium handle better for most women.
