English Sweet Iron Slow Twisted Balding Gag
A slow twisted, single-jointed mouthpiece combined with a running gag cheek, both designed to produce a strong effect.
The action of a running gag is to lift the bit in the mouth with the intention of lifting the head, whilst applying some poll pressure.
