The current lead time for custom helmets is 6–10 weeks from order to delivery- please plan ahead accordingly as this cannot be sped up after ordering.

Customised helmets are non-refundable, so please ensure you select the correct size when ordering.

Please make sure the file you send is the correct size and the final version of your design. A £30 charge will apply for each edit requested on proof approval. If you would like to send the file across on email too, please send to sales@emitapolo.com quoting your order number.

Order Process:
1) Submit order on our website, we submit this to Instinct and check any details or discrepencies with you.
2) If you have chosen to have logo we will send you a logo approval via email when we receive it. This needs approving promptly to avoid any delays to the helmet. Edits to the logo at this stage incur a £30 charge from the manufacturer.
3) As soon as the helmet is finished and we receive it we check all details and post out to the shipping address on the order. Please bear this in mind when selecting shipping address.
You will receive a dispatch email with tracking details.
For UK orders this delivery is next day. For International orders you will receive tracking details, please monitor these and your emails for any contact from customs or the shippers. Alternatively you can pickup in our Midhurst shop or arrange your own delivery.
