Linseed Oil
Linseed oil has many different benefits when used as a feed supplement:
- Improvements to both skin and coat condition producing a glossy, natural look.
- High levels of omega 3 fatty acids which are known to improve immune function, protect joints and ligaments and support gastrointestinal function.
- Can help improve and maintain general health.
- Cold pressed linseed oil is a safe, high quality oil suitable for all horses and ponies.
Feeding guidelines:
Mix 40-125ml into feed daily for a 200-400kg horse.
Mix 125-200ml into feed daily for a 400+kg horse.
Maximum recommended daily feed would be 100ml per 100kg of weight
