Emita Polo Team Wins first 2025 Tournament!

Emita Polo won the Cirencester Ladies Final on Sunday 15th June 2025, scoring 6.5-6 against La Rosada. Go team!

The game, which took place on Ivy Lodge, was part of the Vitrix 22-Goal tournament, meaning teams up to 22 goals (ladies handicap) could compete.

⁠Tamara Fox 6 (Captain)

Tamara has been playing polo since she was 11 years old. Her love of the sport has led her across the world to great success! A notable achievement was winning the Ellerston 18-Goal Warwickshire Cup in 2002. We’re honoured to have Tamara on our team as Captain!

⁠Heloise Wilson-Smith 6

Together with her husband, Sean, Heloise established the Hampshire Polo School, teaching to schools, universities and individuals across the country. She has had many victories in her career, and we’re so excited to have her on our team.

⁠Emma Wood 5

Emma is an Equine Vet, and has played Polo games across the world. Notably, winning the Gerald & Holden White 8-Goal Tournaments in an all-female team, among other accomplishments. We’re proud to have Emma on our team!

Anna Dowling 4

Australian polo player, Anna Dowling, has played for Australia on many occasions, and played in the L’Oreal Paris team in Thailand earlier this year. At just 21 years old, she’s a true rising star!

Emita Polo team’s next game will be in July, where they’ll be playing in the Cowdray Ladies event.
